A Pre-Shipment Inspection is recommended in the following situations:

·         When 100% of your order is produced and at least 80% is packaged;

·         When you need to inspect a sampling over most of your shipment;

·         When you need to ensure a vendor has followed your requirement before your products are loaded onto containers and leave the factory; or

·         When you need comprehensive inspection; covering appearance, durability, functionality, and performance.

An approval sample will need to be sent to our Shenzhen, Yiwu or Qingdao office in addition to product specifications, instructions and Purchase Order provided prior to the inspection being scheduled. Inspections need to be scheduled at least 3 working days in advance. Inspections in Fujian, Guangdong, Zhejiang and Shandong Provinces only.
